So, you and your chatmate decided to meet for a date at last. You have been chatting for some time, been seeing each other thru webcam, and you really think that you and she have a lot of things in common. She seems to genuinely like you and interested in having a relationship with you.

And now you saw each other in person. After the initial plesantries, you started to talk. You feel that your were at your best - charming, witty and confident. But when you asked her what she wants for dinner, she replied that she can’t stay longer because she need to meet a friend of a friend or something. So she left, and while she was still amiable when she said goodbye, you had this feeling that you will never see her again.

Now you’re left alone wondering. What have gone wrong? You were on your best behavior and you can’t remember saying anything offensive during that few minutes.

While she might really have another appointment for the day, it is very much possible that it was just an excuse to leave. And though she may really liked talking with you, there was something she saw that turned her off. And here are the top 10 possible reasons:

10. Fashion sense – when you chat, she won’t mind whatever you are wearing. But it will be hilarious for her to see you in person wearing that leather pants.

6. Annoying habits – maybe you are just nervous or excited seeing her, but if you keep biting your nails, scratching your head or excessively blinking your eyes, she will feel uncomfortable.

5. Dandruff – she thought it was just pixels on her monitor... now she knows.

4. Nose hair – Those things can be invisible with low resolution webcams, but make sure to trim them before you go on a date!

Writing Love Letters

Most women will go crazy for a love letter. No, not an email or something you typed in your computer and print. Using a script font doesn't count either. What she would cherish is a proper letter written in your own handwriting on a well chosen paper. It would make her think that you are caring, sensitive and that you are enslaved with her.

Writing love letters can be difficult to most men. Men usually speaks with facts and information and it reflects the same way to their writing. However, by using the following points and with enough practice, you may be able to write that perfect letter:

• Use endearments. Using "Dear someone" is something you would use when you write with your boss or other colleagues. Be more intimate by using "My dearest someone" or if you have petnames you call each other, like honey or sweetheart, use it.
• Be inspired and creative. You don't need to suddenly become a poet. But you have to use words that convey emotions. Unlike what you do with formal writing, be generous with using adjectives. This way she can have more visual picture of what you are trying to express thru words. Quoting a verse from a poem or song that you both know is fine.
• Make it personal. Don't worry about anyone else reading your letter. Although there is big chance that she will show your letter to her closest friends, write your letter as if you are talking with her alone.
• Profess your feelings. Love letters have to be written with emotions. It has to convey your thoughts and feelings to her. Pour the words come out from your heart. But be careful not to sound like desparate.
• Make her feel you are always thinking of her. The main reason you write her a letter should be because you cant get her out of your mind. Reminding her of times you were together and how you felt that time is a simple but effective psychological trick. If done right, it will make her feel and warm and hopefully she'll forget the last time she caught you browsing porn sites in the web.
• Be subtle. Mentioning sex is a big no-no in love letters. You can, however, allude to it. For example, you can say "I can't wait until I can kiss and hold you again."
• Keep it short. She maybe would beimpressed if you write her a five-page letter. But it is always better to leave her wanting more.

Finally, be creative in delivering the letter to her. If you are far apart, it is okay to send it thru post. But if you basically see each other often, you can do various ways to slip the letter to her in a way that would surprise her. You can put it in the pages of the book she's reading. Or maybe stick it on her bathroom mirror and let her find it when she wakes up in the morning. Don't just hand it over to her like you are handing her a subpoena or something.

Babefinder: Katharine McPhee

I am not really a fan of "American Idol" TV show, but I have to admit that the show was able to produce some real good talents. One of those was lovely, graceful and long-legged Katharine McPhee. Born March 1984, Katharine was the runner-up to Taylor Hicks on the 5th season of American Idol in 2006. Decoding Her Signals

So, you met a woman and were able to strike up a conversation. You think you were incredibly charming and witty and on a roll. Touching herself – stroking her hair, fixing her clothes, playing with her jewelry, running her hands thru her legs are things women do unconsciously which are equivalent to birds preening with their mate. You do have to be careful though as it could also mean that she’s bored.
