Learn To Massage

Giving your girl a massage should be two things: relaxing and erotic. There are volumes of books and websites dedicated to teaching the technique. But for those who are in a hurry, here are a few pointers:

Set the atmosphere - Dim the lights, burn a scented candle and play some music your lady likes, then crank up your heating. All of this may sound cheesy, but it works. Lay her on her stomach (the bed's ideal for this, or use some towels and blankets on the floor). You'll need a squeeze bottle of scented message oil and lay it in a bowl of hot water. And wash your hands in hot water before the masage.

Mood adjustment - You've got to exude confidence if she's going to trust you. Stretch your hands — make fists and bend them backwards — to relax them. If you rush through, keen to get it over, she'll notice. But if you want to make her feel divine, take it slow and you will give a massage that will supplant almost every other physical experience she's had.

Talk to her - talking to her while massaging is a sure way to relax her. Although you know (and eager) that the massage will eventually lead to sex, avoid sexual topic as much as possible.

Butter her up - Warm the oil in your hands and spread it gently all over her body. Be careful not to put oil in her hair.

Rub her - Begin with soft, unhurried strokes, gradually building to something more intense. You can use a combination of 3 different types of stroking:
  1. The wave - This is a long, gliding stroke. Use your whole hand, conform to the shape of her body as you pass over it, and use a firm pressure.

  2. The Doughboy - This one's a kneading, lifting stroke that should be done rhythmically. Place both hands on her. With one hand, lift skin between your fingers and thumb, squeeze, and then move down in a V-shape, following along behind your first, and should also press down. Switch hands when you switch directions.

  3. The Hypnotic - A firm stroke that presses in circles. With your fingers together, press down until you feel muscle. Make small circles, and move from the center to the side of the body. You can also use your thumbs instead of your other fingers.
Remember that good massage is almost guaranteed to lead directly to full sex. The disadvantage? You'll need to change the oiled sheets afterwards.
